Careful Data Handling at Every Stage
Our process limits who sees what, and when, and documents ownership from summary to closing.
Summaries, then masked files
Reviews begin with summary information. Masked files, with personal consumer information removed or obscured, follow for deeper evaluation, shared after a short one-page confidentiality acknowledgment. Complete files are released only at closing.
Chain of Title
We assemble documentation showing how ownership passed from the original creditor to the current seller, available for buyer review before closing.
Bill of Sale
Each transaction is documented with a bill of sale covering the accounts, the parties, and the terms.
Secure Transfer
Files are shared through secure, view-only Google Drive links.
Payment Before Transfer
Payment is received before complete files are released, protecting sellers, buyers, and the consumers whose accounts are transferred.
Partner Expectations
We expect buyers and sellers to follow all laws and regulations that apply to them.
This page describes our transaction process and is not legal advice. Parties should consult their own counsel regarding their regulatory obligations.
