Xtruct Business Systems LLC (“Xtruct,” “we,” “us”) operates xtructbusiness.com and markets consumer debt portfolios by connecting buyers and sellers. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and our business communications, and how we use and protect it.

Information We Collect

Business contact information you send us, such as your name, company, title, email, phone, and mailing address.

Portfolio and acquisition information, such as portfolio summaries from sellers and acquisition criteria from buyers.

Transaction records, such as confidentiality acknowledgments, offers, bills of sale, chain-of-title documents, and payment confirmations.

Basic website data that our hosting provider may log automatically, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

Please do not send consumer personal information in an initial inquiry. Portfolio reviews start with summaries; masked files follow later.

Consumer Account Data

Portfolio files may contain information about consumers whose accounts are being sold. Before closing, buyers review only masked files, with personal consumer information removed or obscured. Masked files are shared through secure, view-only Google Drive links after a short confidentiality acknowledgment. Complete files are released only after payment and only to the buyer under the agreed terms. Buyers and sellers are each responsible for handling account data in line with the laws that apply to them.

How We Use Information

To respond to inquiries; match portfolios with buyer criteria; coordinate reviews, offers, and closings; document transactions; meet legal and recordkeeping obligations; and protect against fraud.

How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to carry out a transaction, for example presenting a seller’s portfolio summary to a matching buyer or a buyer’s offer to the seller. We also use service providers that help us operate, such as email, e-signature, file-sharing (Google Drive), and website hosting providers. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell personal information.

Security

We limit who can see files and when: summaries first, then masked files through view-only links, then complete files only after payment. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold.

Retention

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above, including transaction and legal recordkeeping.

Your Choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your business contact information, or to stop sending you portfolio offers, by emailing sales@xtructbusiness.com. Some records must be kept to document completed transactions.

Children

Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
