Xtruct markets consumer debt portfolios by connecting sellers with buyers whose criteria fit. Information on this site describes our process and is not an offer to sell or buy any portfolio. Each transaction is governed by its own written documents, including a bill of sale, which control over anything on this site.

Confidential Information

Portfolio summaries, masked files, pricing, and related materials we share are confidential. Masked files are shared through secure, view-only Google Drive links after you accept a short confidentiality acknowledgment. You agree to use these materials only to evaluate the transaction, not to copy, download, forward, or share them except as that acknowledgment allows, and not to try to identify or contact any consumer from them.

Compliance With Law

Buyers and sellers are each responsible for following all laws and regulations that apply to them, including those that govern buying, selling, owning, and collecting consumer debt.

Information on this site and portfolio information we pass along comes from sellers and other sources. We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or any portfolio’s performance or collectability. Nothing here is legal, tax, or financial advice; consult your own advisors.

Intellectual Property

The site’s content, logo, and design belong to Xtruct and may not be copied without permission.

Limitation of Liability
